The Peace Sign Challenge is based on the “Golden Rule Game”, a live role-playing game invented by Israel “Izzy” Kalman NCSP. It’s one of the most powerful tools that can be used to teach students how to respond to social aggression.
The game can be played using any internet-enabled device which will guide the players through a live interactive role-play. During play, students have a chance to practice different responses to mean behavior and compare their outcomes with an adult where they feel safe. They quickly discover that choosing not get upset and treating the aggressor like a friend is the most effective way to stop mean behavior and triumph over adversity, all while laughing and learning.
The Peace Sign Challenge uses the “Peace Sign Approach”, a psychological approach to social aggression – empowering students with the social and emotional skills needed to regulate feelings and promote peace. Play the game today and see the difference it makes.
