The Booking Process

1. REACH OUT

Contact us to discuss your needs, goals, and budget.  We’ll provide options that are the best fit for you, and quote an all-inclusive price, because no one likes surprises.  The more you share, the better we can serve you.

2. RESERVE YOUR DATE

To secure your date, we require a signed program agreement, and a 50% holding deposit.  We will send an agreement and invoice, along with the audio/visual rider for your review.  Simply sign and send back.

3. CONSULT WITH JEFF

Jeff will meet with you via video or phone, to learn more about your audience, event theme, and objectives.  He will review your plan and make a few recommendations.  We are always available to answer your additional questions.

4. MAXIMIZE IMPACT

We’re serious about making your event the best it can be.  You will be supplied with a number of event planning resources. This includes promotional materials (posters, pictures, bio, video)  and access to any follow-up materials included with your booking.

5. SHOWTIME

Jeff will rock your stage and execute the plan that you’ve crafted.  He’s happy to hang out afterwards for questions, selfies, and more if the travel schedule allows.  Please pay the balance of the presentation fee by your event date.

6. FEEDBACK & FOLLOW UP

We will take time to review your event and suggest the next steps you can take to reinforce the message and implement his techniques.  Jeff will provide additional resources to increase your effectiveness, long after your event date.
