Event Planning Timeline
1. REACH OUT
Share your needs, goals, and budget. We’ll provide options that are the best fit and quote an all-inclusive price. The more you share, the better we can serve you.
2. RESERVE YOUR DATE
To reserve your date, we require a signed agreement and a 50% retainer payment. You’ll receive an agreement and invoice. Simply electronically sign and send your payment.
3. CONSULT WITH JEFF
Jeff will review goals and event itinerary, offering recommendations on how to best serve you. Our team is always here to answer your questions.
4. MAXIMIZE IMPACT
We’ll provide you with promotional materials, event planning tips, and provide access to any follow-up materials and curriculum included in your package.
5. SHOWTIME
We’ll send important reminders a few days in advance. After rocking the stage, Jeff is happy to hang out for questions and selfies (as his travel schedule allows). The balance for services is due on your event date.
6. POST-EVENT PEACECHAT
Jeff will suggest the next steps needed to reinforce the approach and implement the taught techniques. This step helps you achieve long-term effectiveness.

Prior to being a touring speaker, I spent many years working as an event coordinator.
